Kwara State Governor: We Didn't Pay Wizkid N50m This Is How He Was Paid
Kwara State Governor,AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has said the government didn't sponsor the musical concert that held in the state, which featured the afro beat superstar wizkid.
AbdulRahman clarified that his government didn't know anything about the N200m used to sponsor the concert.
"Those who said all this were people who brought the state to it knees and thought everyone has the same mentality with them"
"The concert wasn't funded by the state government it was sponsored by a private sector"
"Our government would continue to support entertainment so that kwara can also show their potentials in the entertainment industry. Our government will try to provide a conducive and secured environment for such initiatives. But our government didn't spend N50m to bring Wizkid to the state or N200m to sponsor the event.
